About Psychic Mediumship Readings - How My Sessions Work

I start all readings with a spiritual blessing and meditation for grounding and centering with Mother Earth. I find that having a ritual before doing readings helps my clients and myself to be more calm and peaceful. When you are calm, your energy flows best. When the energy flows, the readings goes well. I will tell you what I feel most is going on with you energetically at this time. I could get a word, an image or a feeling about whose energy I sense and the feelings connected to that person or persons. I can get messages from your deceased loved ones at any time during readings. Sometimes the loved ones you hear from are the ones you are or were closest to. Sometimes you will get messages from loved ones you never met, but are around you, sending you love ,protecting and guiding you. Sometimes the messages come later during the reading. The ones who have the most connection with you will come forward when they are ready. Sometimes, it is after you have had some time to focus on your own life in the reading, that your loved ones come forward to share their messages for you. I sometimes get a coughing fit when spirit wants to come through. The communication center is our throat chakra. If you find yourself coughing for no obvious reason and you get a feeling about a deceased loved one, they could be trying to communicate with you!
I encourage all my clients to meditate on a regular basis, in order to achieve not only inner peace, but to listen to your own intuition and hear the messages from your higher self that wants to communicate with you.
