Astrology Update for July 2019

July 1, Mars enters Leo  , focusing us on our egos, using our energies to promote our creative endeavors, romantic endeavors, playing and loving energies, more passionate and playful action oriented energies.

July 2, New Moon/Solar Eclipse in the water sign, Cancer, the Crab. Today and the 3rd is good for focusing our intentions and taking initiative towards, feeling our feelings, nurturing ourselves and our family/loved ones, home and security, as well as what feeds us not only physically, but our souls.

July 3, Venus, the planet of love and relationships, and our values, enters the emotional, home ,food and family oriented Water sign of Cancer, the Crab.

July 7, Mercury, the planet of communication and local travel, goes retrograde in The Fire sign of Leo, the lion until August 1.  Time to reevaluate our goals and desires regarding the romantic, creative and playful side of our lives. Take time to make important decisions. Best to put off major travel and purchases until August. Be very careful to communicate clearly and with love.

July 8, Venus in emotional Cancer, makes a harmonious sextile to Uranus, the planet of newness, and freedom in Earth sign Taurus. Good day for enjoyment of home and food. Try a new recipe or something different for your home.
Mercury retrograde in Leo, conjuncts Mars in Leo , making us very passionate in our communications. Take lots of deep breaths now, as our egos are running strong. Listen as well as speak. July 17, Venus, the planet of love in emotional water sign Cancer is opposed by Saturn, the planet of rules, commitments, limitations, in Earth sign Capricorn. Today we are tested as to how committed we are to our relationships. Those that are not working, will be difficult. WE all will see where we need to work to fulfill our relationship obligations.
